I have always felt as though I did not fit in, I just felt different. As a child I felt different and often felt as though people did not know the true “Me”.  There were some big challenges for our family when I was a child. I feel my past challenges have been of great benefit with my work now in being able to support others through some of their life challenges.

I have always being quite sensitive to energies and as a child would often sense spirit around. For part of my childhood I also had an “imaginary friend”,  who would be always by my side.

I have always been interested in healing work and looking to the deeper underlying problem rather than opting for the medication approach.

In 2001 a lot of events occurred in a short space of time that steered me on to the path I was meant to be on. This included the death of both parents, making a total of 6 family members I had lost in 3 years, the ending of my 20 year marriage and my daughter being involved in a serious car accident.

I had always wanted to support people on their healing journey so as I was on my own Journey of healing I began studying a variety of healing modalities so I could help myself and others.

I studied Reiki and eventually became a Reiki Master. I trained and eventually became accredited as a qualified counselor. When doing my counselor training my special area of study was in grief work. I now work with people in this area drawing on personal experience and training to be of service to people during their time of grief, offering a truly holistic approach.

I am also an Accredited Journey Practitioner; the Journey is a regression style therapy that supports people in releasing past trauma and coming to a point of forgiveness which is very healing.

In 2004 I was attracted to a healing modality called Heart Resonance Therapy, and eventually became a Teacher / Practitioner of this healing modality. Heart Resonance Therapy is about working from the heart and supporting people on their healing Journey through “entrainment” with the energy of the heart.

I have also done various other courses and seminars over the years.

I do my very best to work from my heart and be of service as much as I can and I’m feeling so excited as I look towards a future of love and service.
