This is a few notes from out Roselight Meditation in Phil Ryans home this Oct’ 2011

We practiced doing the hip movement to create a wave of Roselight in the group & then globally with amazing experiences from our group members, here are a few I noted on the night

Before we started meditation 5 members whet out side to Phils beautiful garden, the moon had a beautiful aura about it that night & some of the group had commented on it. One member of the group called me outside to look at the stars which I thought was beautiful in it self. So as I star gazed looking up into the beautiful night sky one star stared to move slowly but enough for us to see this. We kept on saying I’m not moving, I’m not moving, I’m not moving the star is moving, the star is moving guys & we all saw it together. The Original 5 had already seen this happen before I came out. Then another star quiet clearly started to move in what seemed in the opposite direction. Is this what we covered over the weekend in Cork perhaps? It was amazing & I remember saying we are going to have an amazing meditation tonight with I think many visitors…. So onto the Roselight Meditation: )

As always Phils creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere & prepares the room before we start. Some people experienced pains in their chests me included & pains at the back of their Heart chakras. Others felt pain in their shoulders & down their arms. We now know this to be our Hearts Opening up to the beautiful Roselight so we welcome this with open arms.

One member of the group could see an Angel standing beside Phil holding her shoulder. I myself but didn’t share this at the time could sense Phil stretching out her hands wide but as part of her arms was what seemed like Angel wings it was just beautiful. A lot of the group could sense & feel other beings in the room the energy was very strong.

I saw JC hold a large cross, his form was a white, willowy light & directly over Phils head to her left was hole in the air & JC was pointing these beings in that direction & they went through this vacuum. He also sent some beings through this portal in what I saw as white doves. I could see & feel other beings in the room, one reminded me of Japanese warrior quiet large in size & another to me seemed to have a very sharp shape, metal long pointed legs which seems to step over me & then was gone. All this time I felt my body was moving in a wave as if I was being carried along with it & we hadn’t started the hip movement at this stage. I could see & feel the energy move from ground level right up over our heads the further Phil talked us through the Roselight Meditation. Then it was like a beautiful white dome cover each & every one of us & beyond the room. I could see Lady Emanuella stand at the top of the group in front of the fire holding space & watching over us. A lot of the group felt the wave sensation start from the very beginning. I could see a part of the UK needed a lot of Pink Light I’m not sure why a certain area was pointed out to me but it was, It was between Bristol & Playmount roughly, these names didn’t come to me on the night just that general area once I checked the Map today.

Another lady described an over whelming feeling of absolute gratitude came over her for all the people who have been part of her Energy Healing Journey. She said “I’ve always been grateful to all those people who’ve helped me along the way & thanked them, but tonight for the very first time I can honestly say I can actually feel that complete & utter gratitude for each one directly from my Heart” as she shared this with us the smile on her face & tears in her eyes moved me & others I’m sure in the group.

A lot of the group said they opened their eyes once or twice & the smiles on peoples faces around the group were fabulous. Others when in meditation didn’t want to come back into the room / group as the feeling of peace was amazing.

Normally the group is quiet when in meditation but one lady sensed a lot of shuffling like there was a lot of people trying to come through the door, probably beings we felt as a group trying to get into the room to go home. Another lady pointed out that there was a lot of coughing & sneezing & also moving in seats which was a bit distracting for her because normally it’s vey still & quiet. Also she too saw JC but he was on the cross smiling & next thing he was back in the stable as a child & a Donkey was very clear to her. She wondered what significance the Donkey played in her vision?

When we stood up hip to hip & started the Roselight wave from our hips again we all felt we where just carried away on a wave of pure, positive, pink energy. We directed this pure Pink energy to the world & I believe for most of the group they could see the world covered in the beautiful Pink light, this is where I believe I was drawn to the UK We held this space for some time & again the energy was very strong

We also did the clearing technique as shown to us in the seminar & we helped a lot of beings go home which was a very nice feeling, although I think Phil may have been left with one or two more after we left, as she said herself “Waiting for the last bus home” : )

If there is any clarification Mark you can offer to the group on what they experienced on the night or anything you’d like to add I’d greatly appreciate any direction that will help the group develop & I’m only too happy to pass it on. We have had an amazing seminar, questions & answers evening with Lady Emanuella at Phils house on the Tuesday night. We where all so grateful to hear what she had shared in Cork for a second time that night. It was lovely meeting you for me for the first time & meeting Raffaele again. T
